A: Absolutely love it(as long as its my boyfriend, of course). The only thing you can really do wrong is have cold hands, other than that girls like it.
A: It really depends on what they want. You could spend over $100, and they would still like the silly little $20 present you found in a craft store. I still wouldn't say go cheap, but make sure it's something they would like, something special as opposed to something pricey.
