The Best Way to Feel Happier After a Break Up.

Tough break up? Sucks, doesnt it? Well, here are a few ways to help you feel better for guys, and for girls
The Ideas:
1. Gather up a big group of your close friends, or just one friend, and go do whatever it is that you like to do. - example - shopping, movies, having a latte and a chat, skateboarding, whatever!
2. Cry, just cry your eyes out with a friend who will deal with your sadness by your side.
3. Go to a comedy club, it'll get your mind off of your ex, get you smiling, and give you happy thoughts.
4. Get comfy! set up your bed or the couch with a favorite blanket, a couple of pillows, a good movie or book, have a junk food snack, and ( if you want to) invite over a friend.
5. Hit the bar with a few friends and enjoy yourself, if you are at drinking age of course! - And please drink responsibly.
