Casual, go wherever there is atmosphere for good conversation but enough distraction going on that it's not awkwardly silent. It would end with a hug and talk of a second date.

Afterwards..what will your date know about you?

That I'm a genuinely nice person with a good heart. I am a fantastic mother and put them first. I am fun to be around and easy to get along with.
