I'm shy.... extremely so, actually. I can't really seem to let anyone in, but that's my problem. (One that I'm working on.) I love to read and I like to work with computers... I'm heading to college this year and will pursue a degree in some type of computer programming... I'm not sure what type yet, but that's part of the fun of checking it all out, right? =P I'm an extremely loyal friend and I love all my friends and family equally. Actually, I consider my friends to be part of my family. I would do anything for them. I'm leaving a few friends behind me in high school that I try to talk to as much as possible. I don't want to lose contact. They're a part of me now and hopefully will be always. When I love, I do so deeply. My personal motto (I made this up one day when I was having a brainstorm!): "A promise to oneself is the most sacred of promises." I suppose in a way, one of those promises is to be true to myself and not let anyone else dictate who I am or what I will do with my life. Live each day as it comes and never forget to tell those you love that you love them. It never fails to make someone's day and make you feel better in the process for having said it. You never know what can happen, so it's better to have it all said. And try not to stay mad at anyone for too long. Like I said, you never know what can happen. Try to face each new challenge with a determination to overcome it successfully and greet each day with a smile and a "glass half full" attitude. You'll feel better for it and live a better life. One more thing: Revel in each new sensation. Just taking the time to smell the roses ( =P ) or soak up the sounds, the light, the feelings and tastes will give you better sense of life and more optimism to face the rest of your day. Thrive on it.
Oh, I almost forgot... I love anything Thomas Kinkade!
A: I think part of it is that the girl feels like you don't want to look at her during sex. How could she not feel like it's degrading? Also, she might think you're gay. That's not a bad thing, but in that situation -- need I say more?
A: It's hard to say really. Yes, women have it hard, but so do men if you think about it. They put themselves in the role of protector, which can get dangerous at times, I'm sure. They have kidney stones that don't come out all that easily and they just can't figure women out. They think that they're... more
A: I've been in your shoes and it sucks. But believe me, having a boyfriend may seem like something that is absolutely necessary to be happy (believe me, I know. I always thought of how cool it would be to have someone like me for who I am and to like them back. I'm a romantic, so it made it worse. The... more
A: I disagree with that. I am a Christian, but I see nothing wrong with being gay. I agree with justthefriend's statement that they can't help the way they were born. Why try to be something that you're not? Why wouldn't you want to be true to yourself? To me, that's a lot worse than being what you... more
