For me it's mostly about proportion and not height. But if she IS closer to my height, it works better for dancing.

There are girls who are pretty with a bit of makeup and still look great with none. Some girls need more makeup but tend to be the ones who get carried away with it. I vote yes. I think that's what makes skaters attractive. But proportion is good too. If you did some upper body exercise to balance things out, will that hurt your running? I'm not a biologist or chemist, but if your hair grows at a steady rate and you do something that reduces breaking, then it seems like it has to get longer.
