| Personally, I think the answer is yes, but only to an extent. A guy is much more likely to try harder to impress a girl, so that may mean wearing his nicer clothes. | I'm not sure that there's really any way to increase stubble other than just waiting for it to grow in. If you have a trimmer, you could keep it at a short length and hope that more will grow in for a thicker look. |
