A: Personally I would just watch for signs from her.Lets say your making out and your hand starts playing down there(over top of clothes) see how she responds to it. If she closes her legs then you know its a red light.If not then go a little farther (underneath her clothes) and so on. more

A: Okay was there a pause before she said "call me" cause if there was a pause, or a "um" before. Then its possible a get lost kinda phrase. But if it was said right away, then I would wait a couple days then give her a call.
