What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?

I don't use pickup lines, I just go and be direct with the girl.
first I make an eye-contact, and smile
then I walk directly 2 her
i say hi,whats ur name?
then I just flow with it, I might also challenge her a bit by teasing her in a funny way, just to let her no that I control the situation.

How do they typically respond?

They first seem shocked, but in 3 minute we'r like an old friends laughing and punshing each other on the shoulder.
