My Guy friend told me he likes me. What should I do?

My best guy friend told me he likes me. Before this event I was having hazy feelings (I didn't know how to think of him as a friend or more than a friend). I honestly don't know if I should like him or staying as good friends. If anyone has been in a situation like this please tell me your opinions.

sure, i told my girl bestfriend i liked her three days later i told her how i really felt that i loved her and she has acted like a bitch to me for the past month and i still love her she won't talk to me unless it\'s bitching at me or correcting me now but my feelings have not changed, So do you see now why i think you should give him a chance

well depending on how close you are there is a chance that if you go out and it doesn't work well then you will probably still be friends but that's just me
