I have a crush on my boss! BUT he's been acting weird ever since I started working?

I can’t stop thinking about my boss.. Like 24/7 I think about him!!! Like i dream about him every time I see him I start daydreaming about “US”. I talk about him 24/7 to my friend & family lol. Everytimes I see him I MELT!! But I’ve made sure nobody within our crew knows, some of the crewmembers have asked if I like anyone and I was like yeah but im not telling and they were mad but w/e. Im not sure how old he is but it can't be no older than 23 & I just turned 18 Tuesday. I know he’s not married or has kids im not sure if he has a girlfriend or not but I don’t think so. BUT every since orientation he has acted weird around me. I honestly don't even know if it's shy or just plain old weird around me. the other day he was talking to my trainer & was like make sure your teaching her everything right cause she needs to know this then walks away like he doesn't see me! He literally talks to everyone but me lol. The other day I looked up & he was just staring at me so i looked down fast. Lol i thought something was on my face. I know he it's not that he doesn't like me because at orientation we were talking and laughing. I didn't have my ID and he was joking around saying are you even legal. Etc But everything changed for some weird reason. Yesterday me and some coworkers were working/talking having fun & a cute guy pulled into drive through and ricky (he's gay) was like damm he sexy look so the other girl and me looked. So my boss came over because we were all laughing hard and was like who are you guys talking about (looking @ the guy& other girl) they told him & he goes (looking @ girl) so you agree with him that the guy was sexy & she goes yeah & kind of acts like I'm not there again.

Are you even legal = he finds you attractive but any action taken in this vein would be like playing with TNT, he's thinking
Staring at you = he rarely finds female art/beauty so compelling, doesn't realize he can't look away
You are invisible = this a ten foot pole tactic to keep him having even a hint of a relationship of ANY kind with you, he loves his job so much; NO one can point a finger at him about having private conversations with you, controlling you directly, et al. He feels he must be as pure as the driven snow in these matters, else ANYONE judging an accusation that he was making impure advances toward you... would take a look at him, then you and agree that his sexual/emotional needs are great and your persona is too attractive to ignore as a fulfilling goal.
In time, things will become more normal and he may adopt the "she's like a daughter" tactic, that if everyone buys it - will allow everyone to work normally together

what should i do though? I really like him and wanna talk to him but he doesn't talk to me.. only when i leave or come to work he will say hi/bye if i say it first.. BUT he did surprise me Thursday when i got to work he unlocked the door and said hi.

Not something to predict but look for the day when anything he says to you will be seen by others as nothing but business and certainly "above board", respectable in every way. As observed prior, he loves his job but this (apparently) can be threatened by sexual distractions in this workplace. Someday perhaps we'll discover WHY so scared, perhaps one of his manager buddies tried to nibble some young forbidden fruit (or she said he did after being fired as incompetent) and his bosses slammed the door on that.

okay so i tried the whole let it be BUT tonight he pulled a stunt.. So im working register and a girl named Ann is there right along with my trainer. My boss comes up and goes Ann so i met this really cute girl over the weekend & Anns like okay how old is she and he goes 21 BUT she has a kid.. & Ann was like omg your gonna have to get over that then. & my boss is like dont get me wrong i like kids but... And im just standing there shaking my heaad cause the whole time he's talking to ann he's looking AT ME!! (last week i told him i couldnt work early morings because i had to put a baby on the school bus and thats when he first stated acting more weird towards me. NO i dont have a kid but he doesn't know that!) I just feel as if he was trying to make me jealous.. AM I WRONG? what should i do? LOL i made him mad because I called for a walk out but the customer was soooo sexy (we was flirting) til I forgot to get his plates down so when my boss came he said what car and I started laughin

and was I honestly don’t know I was just soo distracted by his sexiness But my boss didn’t hear me clear so I repeated and his face went a little stale. WHAT SHOULD I DO? after work he had to unlock the door for me and he kinda let it go and hit me..

Not good work... he was not trying to make you jealous, he was telling you having a kid would make him stiff arm a gal like you, to see if you cared... then when you flirted & commented + confused his duty, he felt stiff armed + did some work for no reason on your account... door hitting you on way out = both people are immature and this will lead to only one winning, the one with power - guess who... since the black flirting has begun, if you want to continue to stalk the boss, then begin at your shift genesis with a big apology, then be nice all day, every day

He probably knows that you like him, He's ignoring because he is either not comfortable about that, or provoking you into more action to make sure that you really like him. That's my guess

Yeah.. its so confusing though. Like i said we went from laughing and talking to him not acknowledging me. He stares at me & thats it.. ugh makes me feel awkward, my friend (new like me) said he gets mad when people change there schedule 24/7 & i do it and he just says changes it.. doesn't say anything

Try get a little bolder in a way only you both understand.. Eye contact.. Smile playfully.. Etc
