It's not always easy being the type of girl that "gets all the guys." Sure, you could get in the pants of pretty much any guy you wanted but that's as far as you'll get most of the time. They have to put up a facade to shield them from all the weirdos, perverts etc. that have no problem approaching them which unfortunately also happens to put off all the decent guys. If you want an edge with this girl, I suggest you cut through the BS.
They probably have boon roommates for a while, if anything could happen it would have happened by now. There's no point in stressing over it, any kind of stress you cause yourself can only backfire on you later (e. g. "He doesn't trust me"). Be cool, be confident that you yourself are the kind of guy who's girlfriend wouldn't cheat on.
