Physical attractiveness can change when you get to know a person. I've been around girls that just seemed to become more attractive the more I got to know them and see their good qualities, even if they were rather plain by conventional standards.
Also, I have heard many women say that they aren't attracted to penises, except when it's their boyfriend's/husbands. So women may be more prone to changing their feelings about physical attracted when they make an emotional connection.

It means she's fallen in love with your personality/character which in turn has made you become attractive. There are lots of guys i dont find that good looking but if one of them can make me laugh, i begin to like him and suddenly he becomes extremely physically attractive to me. I dont know how/why this happens but it does a lot!!
From the words "sexy" and "handsome" one could assume that she is attracted to you. If you really want to know, ask her straight forward "Are you attracted to me?"
