What to do if your boyfriend ditches you on Valentine's day?

my boyfriend ditched me on vday to see his brother? what should I do about that I mean we have had problems maybe he is afraid of commitment but I'm thinking about breaking up...help!

Did he just ditch you to hang out with his brother? Or is there something going on with his brother and he needed his help? Well if he just ditched you to hang out with him then you need to talk to him about it and let him know how much it hurt and disappointed you. If you feel like he hasn't made an effort to change and to think about his actions and whether they can hurt you as a result then it sounds like he isn't the right boyfriend for you. Also if he's afraid of commitment and you're not then that might be another sign to break up with him because if you both aren't on the same page about your wants in life then there's not much of a point to think about the future with them.

Thx.. he hasn't seen his bro in like two years so he went to see him. I dnt wanna sound like a psycho girlfriend so I just didn't say anything but people just keep tellin me how messed up it is that he did that.

Well to be honest its a day of love he should have least brought you along with him to c his brother. Did he spend least half of the day with u? He could be lying and saying that excuse and spend it with another girl.. If you want someone serious you need to let him know how it is cause that is messed up of him!

If he is afraid of commitment, you have to show him that you will be there in the long run that way he knows you'll be there. It's only 1 valentine's day, if you two are plannin on being together then there will be others. Go out with a friend or something :) Or make plans for the next weekend to make up for valentine's day, make it all romantic like. Don't feel bad, my boyfriend broke up with me on valentines day!
