Why does it seem like every girl has a boyfriend?

At my school, all the girls are taken except the extremely ugly ones. Even some of those are taken. What is a guy supposed to do? This completely kills all motivation to even talk to a girl if she already is f***in someone.

Is it just my imagination, or does almost every girl have a boyfriend?

you shouldn't really be worried if she has a boyfriend or not if your just talking to her or being freinds with her . also if your at a high school its prom time so everyone at this time of year is taken but in a few months some of these not so serious relationships will fall apart and some girls be single again . so try and keep your options open

so I'd just focus on the longterm and if your at college or going to college in september there is single girls there for sure maybe your just looking in the wrong places .

Yeah I feel the same way most of the pretty girls are taken but the strange ones are not? I think I'd just s fact that looks do matter in a society full of entertainment. I have a personality that is entertaining and I could get any girl I wanted. Does that work? Assuming you don't live in India or China, it could be worse: there are 5 boys for every 4 girls. Try making friends at other schools and see if the situation looks any better. Cast a wider net and don't overestimate the opportunities that come from being friends with someone who already has a boyfriend. Why? Well, she has lots of female friends for starters, and even if she and her friends all have boyfriends now, who says one of them won't go through a breakup soon! Then you'll be positioned for a rebound. Try it.

There's nothing wrong with being friends with girls that are already taken, open up your circle of friends!
