Guys, would you be mad if your girlfriend went out, phone died, and you didn't know if she made it home?

Last night, I went out for a friend's birthday; I rarely go out drinking. My boyfriend lives about two miles from me but I told him that I planned to sleep at my apartment because it was closest to the bars. My phone died while I was out, I came home around 2:15 am, and while my phone was charging I fell asleep. My boyfriend is a pharmacist at a 24 hour pharmacy; he works the night shift occasionally. After his shift ended at 6 am, he came to my apartment; I live alone and he has a key to my apartment. I was passed out on my bed in a thong and he woke me up. He brought me some water but I could tell he was mad; I asked him what was wrong. He said that he had been worried about me all night because my phone died and he didn't know if I got home safe. I apologized and he was like "I don't know what I would do if something happened to you." He's never been the jealous type but I wondered if he came over to see if I was there with another guy or I was somewhere else; i asked him if thats why he came over. In the almost three years we have been together, I have never cheated on him or given him any reason to believe I maybe cheating on him. He said that he isn't worried about me but other guys will take advantage of a drunk girl; I said that I was with close friends and had made arrangements to get home safe. Sometimes, I think he doesn't believe I'm capable of taking care of myself. He made us breakfast this morning, cuddled with me, and laid in bed with me most of the day but he seemed irritated. Guys, would you be mad if your girlfriend went out, phone died, and you didn't know if she made it home?
