I lied about my age, What to do?

I met this girl at a Halloween party, we where instantly attracted to one another. we became BF/GF 3 days after. About 2 weeks ago we started using the L word. I know we are moving kinda fast but we are both weird in similar ways. My question is that when I met her she told me she was 19 I am 24 but didn't want to seem too old since I liked her so I told her I was 22. (people say I look 20-21all the time) she turned 20 since then. She has told me that hates liars. How do I go about telling her that I am actually 2 years older than what I told her? Would you be mad about this?

I have truly fallen in love with her, she is all I think about, she is different and special to me. help :/

Well I told her, she said it was OK, and that people sometimes lie when they first meet people. She told me that when some people hit on her she would sometimes use a fake name. She is 100% OK with the fact that I am 24 lol

that was really stupid to lie about your age. Newsflash - lots of young girls REALLY LIKE older guys! My last girl was 20, and I'm 29. I was st8 up from day 1 about how old I was. We still had a lot of fun (it only last 2 months...but we had a good time).

I'm getting real self conscious about my age too. Fortunately I'm in really good shape and have a youthful face. Younger girls don't pick up on mature guy mannerisms as well as older women...so they are more likely to guess you as younger.

I've learned to just be honest. If a girl likes you and find you attractive the age thing is really not a big deal.

Now about your situation. She's going to be pist you lied. But be honest about why you lied and tell her you will never lie again (you probably will...but not about anything major).

I think it will go better than you think if you are cool about it. 24 is not old at all.

Tell her that you didn't mean to lie but you didn't want to lose out on her. She should understand that. If she likes you already 2 extra years should not be a problem. I wish you luck.

Well I think you have waited too long. You need to tell her asap about your real age. But don't make it seem like you were lying to hurt her or impress her. Tell her you did not tell her your real age because you that that she would not like you because you were too old. It's the truth. She may be dazzled that would do that for her.

Also, when you tell her try not to use the word "LIE."

I am going to let you know one thing though. She will probably, more than likely, get mad. But that is when you need to let her know that you did not do it to hurt her, you did it because you that she would possibly turn you down otherwise.

I have to be honest yes it would make me mad. If you don't tell her soon tho it will be worse. You need to tell her. Just say I need to tell you something. I know you don't like lies and I love you so much I think about you all the time so I want no secrets between us. When I met you I said I was 22 but I am actually 24.

Well how many times have you told her you're 22? Maybe you can just play it off like you said you were 24 and she heard you wrong. There's really no easy way out of this. You can either tell her the truth and have the risk of her leaving you, or keep lying and hopefully get out of it.
