Depends on how happy you keep your man. If he's very much in love with you, it's next to impossible.

I would say the top reasons why married men cheat are:

- lack of sexual fullfilment / sex life sucks

- grow apart from spouse (ideals/values change over the years) or falling out of love

- too much arguing / relationship has become work rather than fun

Basically, a married man will cheat if there is loneliness or hostility in his marriage, or not enough attention at home, because he needs affirmation that he is attractive / desirable and worthy of a fulfilling relationship.

Because of this affirmation, of course your husband will be flattered, and if he tells you he won't reciprocate with an attractive woman that is a good sign that he finds your marriage fulfilling and wants to stay loyal to you. He wouldn't mention not reciprocating if he didn't mean it.

Depends totally on the guy. Either he's OK with cheating or he's not. Being flattered and cheating are very, very different things.
