i disrespected my boyfriend and have acknowledged and apologized for it, but now he is using it against me in subtle ways. I do not want to start a fight, but I also don't want to just take it. for instance, I am staying at his place while he is on vacation and I got a package for myself delivered to his apartment. I put his name on the package because his mailbox only says HIS name. I said something to him about it today and he told me it was weird and disrespectful that I didn't ask him if I could do that. I told him I didn't think it was a big deal and that I won't do it again and he said, "yeah... thanks. you should mention things like that to me before you just go ahead and do it." I didn't say much after that, but it was hard for me not to. he has just been on this huge power kick. I am wondering if it makes him feel more like a 'man' or more in control or something because I had made him feel less of one by disrespecting him.
