I am in the same boat. I feel my boyfriend is very handsome and others compliment him in pictures of us together. He feels he is ugly because of his weight. Weight is not everything. It's the personality, sweet loving heart, gentleman, strong, his voice, things like that make a man handsome. I keep telling him over and over I am very attracted to him, he is handsome; hoping that soon he will accept it. I tell our 9 year old son he is sweet and handsome just like his daddy. He said he is cute, his daddy is handsome.
yeah a guy can be sexy and not be classically handsome, but not every girl out there is looking for a classically handsome kind of guy. Just have to tell him that he might not find himself attractive but you do and since he's into girls then he's in luck ;P
u Does he really believe that or is he just playing around? Some guys do that. Sometimes my dad tells my mom stuff like "you're stuck with me" and "it's only me", even though he is very confident and my mom loves him very much.
