Back story:
We've been dating for 7 months. Great relationship, we get along perfectly. She's the first girl I've ever fallen in love with. She was hurt in her last relationship after she got up the courage to say I love you to him, so she is admittedly hesitant to let that happen again. So, I said I love you first a couple of months ago. I didn't expect her to say it back and she didn't.
Over the past few weeks, she's been constantly telling me how much she likes me, saying things like, "I like you so much, I don't even think you realize." or "I really like you, I don't like anyone else and don't want to like anyone else" or "I don't think you believe me, but I really can't even express how much I like you"...etc.
Then, on Friday night, we were out with a bunch of our friends at the bar. She wasn't wasted, but she was tipsy. At one point, she walked up to me and looked me in the eyes and finally said it..."I love you." She caught herself right after she said it and blushed as she put her hand over her mouth. She then apologized (because she knows the whole love ordeal means a lot to me) and kissed me. We went on the rest of the night like it never happened and we haven't mentioned it since.
I know I shouldn't take drunk words into account...but what do you all think? Does it mean anything? Or should I brush it off as I have been so far...?
