How do I not mess things with this girl up?

I'm seeing this girl and I really wanna know what steps to take to ease this into a relationship. I usually mess things up and I reeeeeallly dont wanna mess this one up too. We've been on and off for about 3 months now and she seems into me, but I keep getting in my own way. I keep thinking that im going to get played.

you have to have confidence in yourself and your girl dont act like a jerk or try to push her away dont be rude just the only thing to fear is fear itself

Really have to forget the past and just flow I learned that the hard way because he did in fact care but I pushed away
