My boyfriend lied about going to bed?

He told me before midnight that he was going to bed and told me goodnight. This morning I wake up and see that he was on Facebook a couple of hours after he went to "sleep". This is the first time he's told me that he was going to bed and didn't (that I know of). I have major trust issues, not particularly from him. Should I be worried?

Well I'm talking to him now and he said he went to bed pretty early and woke up at 7. He didn't mention being up that later time. But he said that some of his friends went out but he didn't, when he told me goodnight he took a picture of his bed.

Should be fine. He might not have intentionally lied.

For me, I would lie, but it's a white lie. Truth is, I'll be late rushing a school assignment. I'm always late, always rushing. I know if I continue chatting with my girl, I wouldn't be able to finish my work. So I lie that I'm going off. And truth is, I'll still be online, still around, still occasionally surfing Facebook and being unproductive. And I still can't finish my work.

Nah you shouldn't worry about it at all. He probably planned to go to sleep but just couldn't sleep and stayed up...

Sometime I do it just when I'm tired and just (as bad as it sounds) can't be bothered replying to anyone

You shouldn't make a big deal about this. Maybe he woke up and checked Facebook because he couldn't sleep during the night. I do this all the time. Why worry about something so small and that doesn't even mater. You have him and appreciate him now. Quit trying to find a reason to get mad at him because you have trust issue.

He probably couldn't sleep and was just messing around on Facebook. If he was doing something dishonest, I doubt he would be dumb enough to leave proof lol

You only need to be worried about your own paranoia and insecurity. He could have gone to bed and woken up in the middle of the night. Either way, he does not need you checking up on his every comment like a crazy person!
