I have been away from GAG's for a few days, and my messages had built up, and I have only a small following.

I send out an invitation to the people I follow to answer my questions, but in my case there is only a few that follow me, with a following well into the thousands, most are similar to myself.

I wondered do these people with thousands of followers receive vast numbers of invitations to answer questions, and if so do they appreciate receiving them all?

Is there a way of preventing receiving these invitations?

Also, many in poverty live in "food deserts" where there aren't supermarkets and must travel far on public transportation which prevents buying frozen & refrigerated items.

THE BIG QUESTION FROM GAG:
You DO NOT have to be a U. S. citizen to qualify for WIC or SNAP benefits.

Stats on WIC / SNAP:

Hispanics and Blacks were more likely to participate in WIC compared to Whites, with Hispanics being 4.1 times and Blacks 2.4 times more likely to participate.
