Being from Texas, I definitely appreciate most of these things. I've honestly never had a pig ear sandwich though? But the BBQ in Texas is definitely the best, sorry Alabama/other Southern states. ;)

Massachusetts is good to visit at least once, boston wise, its like new york in that aspect.
