Sexual Harassment From a Male's Point of View as the Victim

Sexual Harassment from a male's point of view (as the victim)

It all started when I was in middle school. The guys in the locker room would always make jokes because I had man boobs. They would constantly ask me if I wore a bra. One of the guys in the locker room showed off his genitals on a regular basis bouncing them up and down in front of all the guys to see.

Also in middle school I was sexually harassed by two girls on a regular basis. I had a bottom locker so I had to bend over to get to it. On a constant basis two females would constantly grab at my ass and spank it making noises. I was once asked by this girl going on a trip with the school if she could preform oral sex on the bus ride to Washington DC. I planned on sitting away from her, but she later did not go. That summer one day in the park I ran into her in the park. She and her gang tried to chase after me so I hid in one of the playhouse structures. They then snuck up behind me and put a used condom on top of my head. I immediately told my grandparents who jumped right over and gave their ass a chewing out .

In high school my freshman year was the worst. I had a crush on this girl. She was very pretty and all the guys drooled over her (think of Trixie Tang from Fairly Oddparents). The problem was, she had a boyfriend but still she hit on the other guys as well. Well, I was no exception. She would regularly tease me and flirt with me, unknowingly it would lead to considering it all harassment later. Me and her had the same cooking class in high school.

Sexual Harassment From a Male's Point of View as the Victim

One day these guys in my class who harassed me with sexually charged jokes and inappropriate touching (on the arm kinda tap you on the shoulder and would deny it kinda touching, not genital touching) had a cell phone camera in their pocket. The girl came over and started flirting with me and being all rubbing against my leg. Then her and another guy quickly jerked up my shirt and took a photo of my bare stomach right in the classroom. I went home and told my folks later that day. My parents got so mad the neighbor later came out in our yard and asked if we were ok. She called the sheriff of the county who said he would meet us there next morning at 8 am. Well 8 am came and there the sheriff was, ready for us to talk to him. So we all four went into the principals office and told the story.

They quickly located the students, found the cell phone, and alas the photos were still intact on the phone. The three were immediately suspended for the rest of the semester (it was May, about two weeks left in school) , were arrested and taken to the sheriff's department. Their punishment aside from suspension was to write a apology letter to me and my family. Other kids found out all about it. I had a couple threats, but nothing major. If anything it made them more aware that I meant business.

Male sexual harassment is real. I know at the time where the girls were concerned I didn't think of it, and in one case I thought it was ok because she was showing interest in me. But it was all wrong she was using me to humiliate me and embarrass me.

Male sexual harassment should be reported the same as a female being sexually harassed because by the law it's still sexual harassment no matter how you look at it or who perpetrated it.
