The first question that you should be asking yourself, granted you’re not hammered on booze is “am I sure?” The reason being is that if you wanted to be taken a bit more seriously as a person who respects their body, and actually want to get to know the person before giving himself or herself away- sex shouldn’t be your best idea. Don’t get me wrong, sex is amazing and sex is important to find out whether you have sexual chemistry- but if you don’t know who they are and what they stand for, it’s obvious you don’t really care to know more.
2. Building suspense
Not having sex and waiting it out until you know the person better builds suspense. Is the sex gonna be good? The more you get to know the person (and say you really like them), the more sexy and attractive they will be to you. When you finally release it is going to be amazing! It’s like building up to the climax.
3. Emotional intimacy
Learning about the type and quality of person you’re with certainly builds intimacy towards them. The more you get to know them, the more you’re gonna like them and want to please them in the bed room. It’s like a present that you get to unwrap on Christmas day.
4. The chase
We all want to chase and have a little bit of work towards the prize. If a person gets something so easily they won’t value it as much, as when one puts in effort. This has been tested time and time again.

Let’s be honest; we all have this mentality. If you f*ck me on the first date, then how many other men have you slept with before me? Is this something that you do all the time? This can label you as a sl*t and definitely won’t lead to any intention of a relationship.
