I just respect them and every woman who had to find out the hard way. I wish men could be better to their female counterparts who are not just beautiful, but successful and caring and there for them. It seems no matter how rich or celebrated these stupid men are, nothing can satisfy them, as they chase their foolish desires to their own detriment and their families'.

I don't agree with cheating - it's wrong.

Having said that, in almost all cases, these were men who were attractive, famous, rich, and had hot women throwing themselves at them constantly, and in most cases, weren't the "faithful" type in the first place. A player will almost always remain a player, and many of these women deluded themselves into believing that they could somehow change these men into something else. They were "bad boys", and, surprise surprise, eventually the "bad" got directed at the women they married.

Another thing: these celebrities are not at home very often - they travel constantly (many have jobs that demand being away from home most of the year), and even when not traveling, are often busy with clubs and lessons and parties, so, despite being married, they often spend huge amounts of time apart. While it's no real excuse to cheat, it's hard to remain faithful to someone you never see when you have another attractive woman (perhaps your co-star?) around you every day, who is attracted to you as well. Again, I feel they should break up first rather than cheat, but in the real world, many of these Type A people are extremely selfish and narcissistic, so they don't think that far ahead or try to "get both."

in my opinion, women who marry celebrity men are delusional to think they will remain faithful, as only maybe 5% do. And, remember, the women cheat quite a bit too, but I'll stipulate that Type A men tend to cheat at a higher than average rate.

I absolutely detest this retarded confusion over how a hot person can be cheated on.

For starters, hot =/= fantastic partner with no flaws what so ever and a perfect personality. A person can be the most good looking human on the face of the Earth and simultaneously be the most insufferable shitbag since the dawn of time. People cheat, when they're unhappy in their relationships, but are too scared to end it for a number of reasons, be it family, status and reputation, financial loss and many others. "Pretty" can only sustain hookup and friends with benefits relationships, not serious ones.

Secondly, cheaters don't cheat because they might think their partner isn't physically good looking enough. Cheaters have insatiable desires they feel like feeding - they want the rush, the fun, the excitement. People of all calibres get cheated on and that should indicate to you that it's NOT about looks.

Cheating is simply a scumbag thing to do, period.

There are dumb people in the world, and they are cheaters. Why? For a myriad of reasons most if not all of which just indicate how weak these people actually are. The only thing for a woman or man to do, is hold their heads high (cause they aren't the idiots who resorted to cheating) and move on with their lives. First, cheating isn't solely based on physical attraction. I know it seems like the main motive is one that is about the physical aspect, but cheating also has an emotional aspect too or something that just happened after too much to drink or since celebrity couples rarely together it could also be they figure "hey why not, how they going to find out". There's a lot of reasons people cheat and it most times has nothing to do with what a person looks like.

Second, celebrities are not like the rest of us. So, though all those women are beautiful and you wonder "how anyone could cheat on them". It is Hollywood and cheating is kind of a right of passage in tinsel town. Obviously, not all people in Hollywood cheat. But, it is something that does happen a lot.

Third, I think you forgot to add someone on that list. Didn't Jude Law cheat on Sienna Miller with the nanny?

Fourth, just because they're all nice to look at doesn't mean they are pleasant to live with. Obviously, nothing makes cheating okay. But, the way someone looks doesn't signify who they are as a person and how good the relationship is going to be. So, I think you can't really no why someone does something.

I put it down to the men feeling inadequate next to them. They know they're pretty and probably out of their league and despite being the one they chose, the men still feel inadequate which is never good because men tend to have sensitive egos, so they often go for women who are in their league. That's why sometimes guys have affairs with average looking women despite having a model wife.

Either way, these women may be beautiful but you don't know what they're like as a girlfriend or wife. They could be naggy, paranoid, abusive, terrible women behind closed doors so their husbands/boyfriends aren't totally happy but they know how lucky they are to have them as a lover.

It shouldn't be considered worse to be cheated on if the person's really attractive. We're all human and it hurts us all equally, no matter what we look like.

The thing with cheaters is that they don't really care. All they care about is the rush of cheating. That's why anyone can be cheated on, no matter how ugly or beautiful they are. It doesn't even really matter if you're a good partner or not. Sure, if you're a really bad partner it might encourage your partner to cheat instead of breaking up, but even good people get cheated on. Good people that did all they could and put huge amounts of effort into their relationship can still be cheated on. It just goes to show that cheaters often cheat because of the act itself. They would do it regardless.
