This questions is probably more for the guys (or lesbian girls), since they will have the most experience with multiple girls. I've been with a fair number of girls, and with all of them I have felt definite contractions, pulsations of their pussy and anus when they orgasm. I notice this especially when I am giving them cunnilingus and have my finger in either their pussy or or asshole. With my one of my current girlfriends, try as I might, I don't feel the the usual throbbing contractions when she cums. But I am very very certain that she is not faking, as we are very verbal and open about what works for us sexually.
