Girl asking for dick pics? Is that normal?

Hey, So i was txting with this girl from a dating website for the last few weeks. Needless to say i think things were going well, we were going to meet soon. Then yesterday she asked me for a dick picture. I am not sure if she was joking or not. I told her that it was a bit weird since i didn't even know her really. She then sent me a shot of her top with a shirt. I sent her another picture (not of my dick), but after that things have been going downhill. I think we are done, well not hurt or anything just wondering why a girl would ask for a dick pic. Totally new to me? Is this the new standard. Haven't dated in a while since I've been with 2 long relationships. Anyways INPUT girls. Thanks!

  • I guess I'm old school. It seems to me like asking for a dick pic right off is like she is trying to get you thinking sexually. Maybe this is how she has attracted attention in the past and obviously why guys only want to bang her. She doesn't know how to form something more meaningful than sex. A girl can always get sexual attention. Seems like she has issues. The chicks that say things like "all guys are the same" or "guys only want to bang me" it is because they are doing something wrong.

    Warning: this is not the type of female that you actually want to build an emotional connection with. If you’re into sleazy, meaningless hook-ups then she sounds great, but I don’t think one should trust someone who would just easily, willingly do something like that.

    • No I'm not necessarily saying that. I was just saying it's not out of the ordinary or no more than a guy asking a girl for a newd pic which happens pretty often. But I mean you're looking for more of a serious relationship so no I don't expect you to do that. And are you sure that she was complaining about it? Maybe she was just ranting on about it, or does want more of a serious relationship but sex is also important to her to make a relationship work. Not only that but even if she did really want a serious relationship that wasn't just focused on sex. It's like an addiction like people that want to stop smoking she's been doing it so long it's what she's use to and it's hard to stop.
