Unfortunately, and I mean it as I write, there are people who really do this. I have met once a man coming to my counselling who was "in the scene" with his wife. I don't have to mention that they both had serious issues with their lives in general, not only their sex lives... There are people, mostly women but also a few men, who need humiliation and utter disrespect to be aroused. It normally roots in psychological issues of the early childhood where our sexual preferences are formed.
