For those who say "Oh yeah, it'll get you pregnant!" Great. Find a newly married couple who are wanting to have a kid. Tell them to have sex, each & every time, to only rub it on the outside, maybe sometimes with just the tip for a bit, but then put on a condom (properly, good brand) then have sex.

The danger of saying "Yeah, it's cool, go for it!" is because if you get too relaxed about "just the tip" then a condom, it will slide more and more into "just a few pumps, then a condom", then to "having sex for a while, THEN a condom", then to "having sex and pulling out", then to "whoops forget to pull out entirely every time", etc -- and THEN they get prego.
But ACTUALLY executing it with just the tip for a bit and/or around rubbing on the outside -- followed by a condom used properly? No, one's not going to get prego. Just don't play the game of pushing it any further.

It's not impossible, but it's not very likely either. If you want to be as safe as possible (while not being on the pill), refuse to make any direct contact with his penis, with your vagina. He should not touch your vagina with his penis without a condom. Precum can have swimmers in it, and all it takes is just one of his best swimmers to get you pregnant. I wouldn't risk that chance. So next time, make sure he's all wrapped up before he rubs himself on/in you.
