Basically i believe it to be a matter of them having a learned approach to sex. You say they really like sex, i say probably not. Somehow through experience they've learned to distance the physical act from any sort of intimacy. I've known a few, talked to them, seen all the movies. They do not kiss. They do not like a man to probe them with his fingers. All of that is emblematic of emotional closeness and exploration, which is the last thing they want to enter in.
As for easy money, it ain't. It's stressful for one. There are direct correlations between prostitution and drug use. Even some emotional disorders as they wrestle with the conflict between entertainment and intimacy.

Women who have been molested by a father or brother often report a sensation of being outside of themselves, convincing themselves that it is happening to someone else rather than them. I'm not sure. I'd guess most would do it for money mainly, but I agree not worth it, especially in wealthy countries like germany or holland where everyone gets decent welfare
However, talking about germany and the netherlands, germany released an estimate saying 70% of prostitutes working there are trafficked, so I think maybe you're overestimating the number o women who actually do choose to do it.
In other places where it's either letting your children starve or be a prostitute, I get why they do it. I don't get why men take advantage of that?

I think prostitutes are a good and bad thing.
Good because i'm sure there are some people sexually frustrated but luckily for them there are prostitutes. I'm sure the amount of people getting raped is lower because of that. Ugly, fat men are people and they have money and most of the time that's all they think about. You get good customers and bad ones and even though they don't like the bad ones they can't reject them because it's money. It's all about the money for them.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. If a woman is desperately in need of fast money and has no other options, she will do what she has to do. Honestly they probably feel bad about themselves as it is so I won't be the one to look down on anyone.
There are always other options, social welfare does exist. Friends. Parents. Siblings. They all can help out. Not asking them is just pride.
Again, with no other option. I don'y think welfare would be as fast or if they are in urgent need. And not everyone in this world has a family or friends they can count on.

Yes, people can be that desperate. Some people would rather degrade themselves for money than live knowing that they are so poor that they have to rely on the government to provide for them. It's a pride thing.
Not many young girls say they want to be prostitutes when they grow up. We live in an imperfect world. I won't judge them for being victims of that. For whatever reason it happens. Usually due to poverty. How can you judge someone for that? There are sacrifices we all need to make here and it's a strength to move forward from those loses. A good deal of those women are stronger than you or I and I have to consider that. I always find it hard to judge someone. The only justifiable ones I have ever found is effort and values.

Prostitution is the worlds oldest profession. There is and will always be prostitutes both male, and female. I feel it is hard way of life, but life is hard in general. I don't think is ones ambition to become a prostitute is just something that happens when hard, difficult choices must be made.
