What is the difference between an upscale hooker, a stripper and a gold digger?

Which one ends up more successful or hurt in the long run. Are they really just the same thing?

  • No they're not all the same thing. Some strippers are working their way through college, and some are in committed relationships, and many would never dream of having sex with a stranger. Hookers are nymphomaniacs who get paid for it. Though I suppose one can be both a hooker and a stripper, but the key difference is that one works on stage while the other works behind the scene. Gold diggers can be both. But most sophisticated rich guys wouldn't wanna waste their time and energy trying to turn a ho into a housewife.

There's too many different variables to determine which one is most likely to turn out more successful in the long run. I would say the gold digger is isn't likely to be successful because rich guys generally know to stay on the lookout for scum who are interested in money and not love. Hookers can get in trouble with the law and they have a risky job. I dated a stripper once and she did it part time through college, and she still sometimes goes back to work a few extra night shifts even though she now has a full time job.

    • I have never met a stripper who didn't do "side" jobs. I have also NEVER met a stripper in a committed relationship. They might say they are in a committed relationship. Also, I think the overwhelming majority of rich guys end up with gold diggers. I've seen the relationship go to crap when the rich guys loses his money many times.

    • If you're such an expert on strippers and gold diggers, then why even bother asking this question? Lol

  • Hooker-Gets paid for sex.

Stripper-Gets paid to take clothes off.

Gold digger-Gets paid to do all of the above either in actual cash or goods in the form of "gifts" also, this is a little more long term (usually) and costs more money. Also is expected to pretend like they love the "John", "client", "boyfriend", or "husband". Whatever they choose to be called.

So the difference is in the details. The end result is much the same, which is some type of sexual activity is traded for some type of payment. I think all should be legal, nobody has the right to tell someone who they can and cannot have sex with or who they can and cannot give money to. That's a question for another day.

    • "The end result is much the same, which is some type of sexual activity is traded for some type of payment." You pretty much nailed it there. The gold digger is the worst among them as they all accept payment for sex one way or another but she claims love, the stripper claims friendship and the hooker just claims fun.

    • I agree. The gold digger is the worst of the three. She is making a living through lies. The other two are making an honest living, even though it may or may not be a terrible job (depending on who you ask)

  • stripper takes clothes of, no intercourse. She gets some money but won't get rich.

hooker, has sex for money. Gets a pretty much money but won't propably get rich either

gold digger, makes man/woman think is in loves , has sex. Gets a lot OF STUFF, EXPENSIVE STUFF. Lives a high lifestyle with the man/ woman, usually until divorce or death.

    • I would 90% of strippers HERE (US) have sex for money...

    • Then 90% of strippers there are ALSO hookers.

  • They're 3 different things. I think the one who'll get hurt in the long run is the stripper the most successfully would be the gold digger.

    • You may be on to something because the stripper can very easily turn into the hooker or the gold digger.

    • The stripper does a lot for little money The gold digger does little for a lot of money.

  • and the most ironic part is that the girls that generally are the most sought after by guys are usually one of the 3.

  • The average prostitute in Australia and Canada is making only $35,000 per year, working in a brothel. I think most of them must be only "working" part-time, and have another source of income. I've met women who thought they were doing well, earning $2000 - $2500 per week for selling their body (full-time work)

Strippers probably make less than that.

Unless the gold-digger finds a really rich hubby, and manages to clean him out, she probably only gets $1000 a week out of him. She can then claim that she's an honest woman. I think the last one cost me about 1/4 million in 7 years

  • I am going to be a stripper. Maybe 'upscale hooker' because of the money, but Im not sure, people are gross.. If I had the chance to marry someone old and rich, I would, and then wait for him to die.

    • Don't be a stripper. They have the hardest road. They try to be gold diggers but only end being upscale hookers.
