Rub your tongue on his in sort of a sweeping motion. Kind of like when your bodies do when you are grinding on the dancefloor.
Occasionally sweep your tongue across the front skin of his bottom lip, and shift your head to tilt the opposite way (if it was tilted left, you are re-adjusting it to tilt right).
Infrequently lightly suck one side of his bottom lip. Make it random, almost like a surprise. Keep it brief (at most 3 seconds). Occasionally sweep your tongue across his lip when you do this, too. Sometimes alternate to the top lip, if that feels right. But primarily bottom lip.

He won't get the wrong idea so long as you keep the makeout session brief enough, and so long as you are not too intense with all that you are doing. You won't turn him off by being less intense than he is. In fact, the would probably only bring out more of the Alpha Male on his part. But yeah, so long as you keep the make-out sessions brief enough and don't kiss too intensely, he won't instantly that think you're tryna go to town. He will yearn for it all the more, depending on how sexy and playful you are or depending on his sex drive. If his libido becomes overbearing, you can simply state to him something to the effect of: "I'm not looking for sex, but BOY do you know how to kiss!" Its always best if you can compliment him and let him down simultaneously, just like that ^ That way, he is less likely to become self-conscious &withdrawn or otherwise think that you don't wanna have awesome make-out sessions with him.

You need to use your tongue to rub and caress his tongue while at the same time using your lips to kiss and smooch his. Little flicks in and out, just teasing his tongue is nice too. If you feel he's being a bit full on and you're not enjoying it you can just pucker your lips a bit more to make your mouth smaller and try kissing his bottom lips or around his mouth to just slow him down a bit. Just try and imagine what you would like to feel and do that.
