Hello, when my ex and I were together we had a very active sex life and he would eat me out all the time, the problem was that I'm soooo ticklish down there and my clit is beyond sensitive that it gets uncomfortable. I can only orgasm on top and never in another position either! I don't understand why and it's bothering me bc I know other people can orgasm through oral sex but I cannot and I'm so ticklish it can almost be painful. Do you maybe think his tongue rubbing on exposed clit was the problem, perhaps the skin around clit needed to be not pushed back as such so while licking the clitoral hood helped protect the clit so sensitivity was lessened. That's a badly described way of how I've dealt with over sensitive clit during oral, you let the hood take some of the licking and change pressure from tongue, if doesn't help enough you use fingers or tongue inside for while to let clit settle and try again if she doesn't orgasm.

You need to start masturbating and get used to the feeling, it'll get less sensitive then. Either that, or you're not properly aroused (or your body is not properly aroused), which means more touching is required before being eaten out.

Your clit gets sensitive when simulated, thats perfectly normal because I get like that too.
I was told by my obgyn that orgasms jyst dont occur if you are stressed, nervous, or tense this can keep you from not having one.

Every woman is different in my experience. You may not be able to orgasm from cunnilingus alone. My girlfriend for example, will squirt and gush from just me eating her out, but it does take time, sometimes it takes me going down on her for 20-30mins but when it rains it pours.
