I can, but I had to intentionally try and practice. When I squirt, it's not the way I thought it would be ( but I've also never had sex, waiting for that right person. I have to disagree with a lot of women on here. I think it is being pushed past that point. You have to trust your man, and disgustingly enough, it smells and feels like you're pissing, even though you're not. I can only do it when foreplaying digitally. Yeah, I have pretty good control over all of my vag's functions lol and I definitely cannot squirt. I do kegels, got that kung-fu grip :P, and I do get ridiculously wet sometimes, but squirting is just a gift (? lol) that some of us are blessed with and some aren't. Don't think 'pushing it to the extreme' has anything to do with it, it's just one of those things

Squirting is more mental than physical for women. The sensation is there, but the comfort and trust in your partner to release it is key. It just depends on a women's comfort level and understanding of her own body to let go.
