It depends on who catches you really. It might be a janitor, then it really just depends on what type of person that janitor is. If he has had hardcore sex like that in his youth, he might let it go, but if he is a strict law- follower or easily- offended person... he could call the police.
Then it would depend on the kind of person that officer is. All of them have to arrest a certain number of people per month I hear... I HEAR...
The officer will PROBABLY just notify your parents since you are both minors, but you just never know... he might also place some sort of warning on you or something like that.
Either way, I have had sex in places like that. It was not fun... mainly because the danger distracted from the pleasure. A lot of people say that they find the danger exciting... but the truth is that is it most often just a stress- causer while you're having sex.
I think the theatre closes around that time so there will be janitors and clean up crew making sure the bathrooms are clean. They might over hear you guys moaning (especially you) and or check the bathroom stalls. Very uncomfortable, though exciting, it would probably be a quickie type of deal and not so worth it in my opinion. You paid for the $11.00 movie ticket (that's how much it costs here in the US) only to see half of it? Why not just rent a DVD/Blue Ray disc and do each other in the privacy of your house. It can last longer and there's more privacy... but it's up to you really. Just be as quiet as possible and don't be giggling and shit and if someone walks in on you, well that's up to you. I'd be embarrased.
If she's going to blow you just sit in the back row. I used to do that a lot when the movies were bad. But unfortunately my bf caught on and always picked the worst movies. :-)
Your both under 18 and you want to know what the consequences are for having sex in public and yes the restrooms are considered public if your caught the least that could happen is both of your parents are contacted as your detained by the Theater management. Worst case scenario the police are notified and your both arrested for public indecency, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (it will not matter that you are both minors) if she is a minor and your are 18 or older your going to prison having sex be it oral, intercourse, hand job, with a child is a Class A Felony.
So why don't you give up the idea and just watch the movie.
I can only assume you'll get kicked out since you're both minors OR they hold you there and call your parents or the cops because you're both minors performing sexual acts in the building. hmm im not sure I think its up to the person in charge. at 11:30 pm at night (im assuming) there shouldn't be many people around at all.
