With girls it's different, from an early age when learn that talking about guys in such a manor is crude and un-ladylike. So we just tend to keep it to ourselves and masrurbate behind close doors. We might gossip alittle with our very close friends about what we are thinking/feeling but it's mostly keep to ourselves.

Depends on the people and their culture. Growing up, me and my friends did not talk crudely about women, and typically believed a woman's personality was the ideal. We would not sexualize women around each other. For some guys, this is part of their culture. But some of them do take it too far, and over-idealize women. I have also met very crude women, and very lady-like women. It all varies. But generally yes, women feel the same sexual urges as men, and sometimes at an earlier age than men.
