At the end of puberty the male libido skyrocket.
This happens to everyone, and lasts a couple years. The first one is often worst, before you learn to handle it, and i can't imagine it helps to have a girlfriend arround ;)
The question is; does he only desire you, or does he just generally want to fuck any girl? If it's the first, take it as a sincere compliment :) It means he likes you (instincts does not lie).
But be crystal clear about your sexual intentions, that's the only thing that works. If you don't want any sex, frigin tell him. If you want, then tell him.
So, yeah, that's basically totally normal, and how he'll be for the next... 3-5 years.
A male's sexual peak years are roughly 16-25. Notice that right in the middle of that range is the normal age to go to college - that's one big reason why college guys spend more time thinking/trying to/getting laid than just about anything else, and why they're so sex-crazed. But that starts at puberty and just accelerates, peaking about age 20-21.
Women's sexual peak years are later - around 25-35, which is when her "biological clock" starts telling her "your reproductive days are numbered - you'd better get to work if you want babies!"
Anyway, it's completely normal and super-common.
