Are the stereotypes true? I know most of my friends and I hear that basically black and mexicans guys don't eat pussy. Not sure if all don't. Do Asians eat it? Indians? State your race and if you do or don't, we ladies will be sure to stay away from you if you dont. Joking.

I assert nothing but here's my impression.
*Educated white males are more likely to give oral. That has to do with a nurturing attitude as well as knowing the frequency of orgasm is much higher.
*Black males are far less likely to give oral because their approach to sexuality tends more toward conquering/vanquishing. The act of giving oral has a submissive aspect to it which doesn't match their approach.

Some time in the past, I had two black girlfriends at the same time. I am white, not gorgeous and modestly endowed. Both were glued to me, clearly were drawn to my oral expertise. They came to expecting it but made it worth my while in sexual and non sexual ways.

I can't speak to Hispanics but suspect their "macho" outlook parallels black men.
