What to do when you get an erection when spooning?

When me and my girlfriend spoon, I always get an erection. Half the Time it's not sexual it just happens, I can't control it. Generally I just stop cuddling with her.   • Dude, it is normal to get hard when spooning. Does she say anything about it? If she does not complain keep doing it or see if she will give you a handjob to ease the pressure so to speak.
