That was pretty much me and my best friend in high school! When one of us would start dating someone the other would threaten to cut off his penis if he ever hurt her! Although several of her boyfriends cheated on her so they deserve to lose their penis! Even if it were legal I probably wouldn't but I can guarantee my best friend would have a field day!!
