To make a long story short, this girl I have been friends with for about six years now (I've always thought she was really attractive, but never wanted to risk looking at her in a romantic way because she's my friend first and a girl second) accidentally walked in on me changing while I was at her house last week, and she saw me completely naked. One of the few things I can boast about physically is that I am extremely well endowed, and a show-er. Ever since then she has been acting a little bit weird, and I've caught her staring at my bulge a couple of times. I know something has changed between us, and the boundaries just shifted, but I'm not really sure why she's acting so differently. If you walked in on a guy friend naked, or found out that he was very well endowed, would that change anything between the two of you? To answer your questions, she hadn't seen me shirtless before (I had spilled a drink and had to change, I think she thought it only got on my shirt, since she came in with one of her shirts in her hand) And I can't really tell if she's sexually attracted to me now (I've never been good at that stuff, she tells me when a girl is interested because I used to be so bad at it) but she's been staring when we hang out, and kind of just acting awkward, like she's embarrassed about something.

Well, we watched that new captain america movie a few days ago and normally we sit pretty close anyways but I noticed that she seemed to be leaning into me, at first I thought she had fallen asleep or something but she was still awake. Other than that, she's kind of hesitated a little bit to make physical contact, normally we'd hug eachother before the other goes and she didn't the last time, and has been a little... uh "school-girlish" in handing me things, like if our fingers touched when she passes me my phone she kind of freezes for a second. I understand how it could instantly become a serious relationship, but you need to understand that if she's realized she's into you after this incident, it's probably more sexual and more of an infatuation. If you don't want a serious relationship, then you guys can see where it goes, and then decide if you want to date. I doubt she'll still be acting strange, but if she does, let her be, and act normal with her. If she keeps acting strange for a while, confront her and tell her she's acting strange.
