There is a slight difference in vagina tightness, especially if you are being stupid and not wearing protection. I am not sure why. Um no women's vaginas unlike arseholes are full of elasticity and can stretch and naturally go back to the same. But as we age yes the elasticity does tend to lack and u need to do more kegals so as in childbirth hmmmm it does vary but with individual's but usually has no damage whatsoever
