You're only likely to be charged with indecency, if any bystanders could actually see what you are doing. If they can't actually see what's happening, you should be OK.
Just because they suspect it might be happening isn't proof that it did happen. If they see it happen and see your naughty parts, you're gone.
The couple gets pissed and seeks revenge on the prude that called the cops. After they're released from jail for public indecency that is. But if the cop hasn't gotten any in awhile or you're really hot he may join in instead.

I seriously doubt it. I was caught with my gf once by a cop. He just talked to us and made us leave. Police usually have more important things to deal with than arresting two horny people.

Most likely nothing... the cop will ask the girl if she is consenting to it. Then tell you to move along... not that it's happend to me (blushing)

Depends on your state. In some places, you can get arrested for indecent exposure / public nuisance. Most cops just let you out with a warning. Some creepy cops might take advantage of the situation. Always be extra cautious when it involves cops.
It's a public place, against the law. You get sent to a small Aleutian island where the air force will use you as target practice for precision guided munitions.

Hmm. Let me give you an example. I was in a family law class, and sex offender parents were mentioned. The lawyer was unfazed, and acted like they often got custody. He said, "That doesn't mean they molested a kid or anything. A fair amount of sex offender men I saw, they were arrested for masturbating in their car. Long drive, they get a magazine out of a gas station, start rubbing one out. Some family pulls up next to them, has a kid inside, the guy gets arrested. Kid has no idea what happened, or if anything did, but guy's legally a sex offender now."
You could be charged with indecent exposure. If its close to a school you could be charged and have to register as a sex offender. But it is really at the officers discretion. If its a dark parking garage/lot and not a lot of people are around he might tell you to get a hotel. there's really a lot of different scenarios that could play out.
