Why don't girls dress more conservative?

Just why? So many girls at my school wear the most distracting clothes. Booties and boobies are just everywhere. They were jeggings, leggings, tanktops, but why do you do this when you know a guy will end up looking? Some girls even get mad when they catch u looking. Man, this girl on my bus she is not very good looking but she wears a 32DD! and she flaunts them as much as she can. She wore a tank-top today and they were practically falling out of her shirt. And I threw a small piece of trash in her shirt to show her how exposed her boobs were. Well, that got me quite a sight because after we got off the bus she started chasing me... while it was raining... and her tits so close to coming out of her shirt. This is only one of the many distractions throughout the day, last year in Math this girl wore leggings a lot but her butt was huge, if she weren't in there i think i could have gotten an 'A' in that class. Why would a girl do such things like this when they don't want to be seen as a "hoe?" Why not keep the element of surprise and wondering instead of showing everything so guys don't have to get close to you?

No, the American public school system sucks and they aren't going to teach you that until the 11th grade and they only go over it for like 2 days so if you aren't paying attention you're never going to learn it. Also, all of those essays you're learning how to write now? Yeah, when you get into college that's not going to be the same format you use. personally I wear clothes as a man whenever I go to college. because everyone whether man or woman goes there for one purpose and it is 'learning' and nothing else. so all should be out of themselves and plain desires and nobody should either tease or distract anybody by any means possible.
