The title says it all, so does anyone else find hentai really stupid? I sure do. p*rn isn't stupid, I personally hate it but we all have different tastes and it's only natural for certain people to like it. But hentai? I find it REALLY stupid. Like how can someone get turned on by fucking hand/computer drawn cartoons and anime? That's similar to getting turned on by animals. They're like a whole new imaginary species. Animations aren't real life and they don't exist in real life. It's just weird to get turned on by things that aren't even real life.

Personally, i used to draw commission pieces for rule34 and the such.. many requests were hentai in nature and style.
never understood the attraction myself but i guess it is easier to fit you perfectly.
like.. you may like a few fetishes but rarely find them all in one place... hentai literally lets you create that perfect scenario

I don't watch it, but I get it. There is abstract art that you'd look at and get the urge to have sex because something in the painting elicits that response. Same would happen with cartoon p*rn I'd imagine. It's not the cartoon that turns them on, but the idea of a real person having the same figure as the cartoon. One could reason the same about standard p*rn. That since you're not actually having sex with the actress that it's stupid. Why not just wait to have sex with a girl
