I just moved into town in August to attend college. I met this one guy that was cute and funny. I barely saw him but the reason I met him was because he use to be my friends neighbor. Well I went to go take pictures but I left my SD card at home. As I was heading back he stopped me and asked me to come hangout on his porch with him and his roommate. I broke down and said yeah. Well the other neighbor came to hangout. We sat out on the porch for a while then football came on. I told them bye and they said why don't you stay and I did. At first the neighbor sat in between me and my one night stand. Then my one night stand made an excuse that his phone needed to charge so I moved over but still hoped his neighbor would sit in the middle. Well he didn't. My one night stand had a blanket and I got cold and I told him he was going to share. Well at first I had no clue what he was doing. Then i finally realize he wanted me to give him a hand job. I pulled away and he kept pulling towards. I gave up I should have went home when I had the chance but you know we made it to the bed room. He told me to pick a movie out and I did. Then it was all down hill from there. I left that night at 12am and on the way home all the words I can say is omg I'm a whore. I went home brushed ny teeth for 1/2. hr and took a 2. hr long shower. I didn't even sleep that night. Those words, what I just did, and the fact I lost my virginity to I boy I barely know left me restless. The next day I told my friend and she drove me to get the after pill. She told me he wouldn't tell anybody but he told everyone. It's been a month since that night and all I keep here is about this video and it describes what me and my onenight stand did. Each time I go to confront him, anger builds up and I just. I don't want to go to prison. Right now everything's building up and everyone is talking.

it's tough as you consented to sex but did not consent to being video taped. you could sue or at least threaten with lawsuit on the grounds of slander and defamation of character. additionally if he is distributing the tape or showing it to people you could get him in trouble for trafficking p*rn without consent of the performer...

it is a long and arduous road. I think you best bet is to talk with a friend who may be a lawyer and see if he can simply put the fear of lawsuit into the kid (as I'm sure the kid doesn't realize that a lawsuit would be long and tedious)

I'd say it's an invasion of privacy, if you weren't in public and it was done without your permission. You should be able to take legal action if he doesn't destroy the video.
