My penis is really small when it's soft, but big when it's hard?

ok, this is a slightly embarrassing question but my penis is like insanely small when it's soft.. like probably 1 or 2 inches. but when i'm hard it's about 7 inches.. so it's not actually small but whenever a girl sees it soft they laugh because they think it's tiny. it's so weird, is it normal? I thought it was only supposed to grow a bit but mine grows by like %700 percent when it's hard.. anyone else like that too? haha

  • I'm a "grower" not a "shower" too lol. When I'm soft it usually looks around average, but sometimes it will look so small haha.. But when I get hard I'm almost 9 inches, it's crazy how big it grows lol... I've never had to deal with the locker room situation but I get how that might suck. I've never been laughed at though, the women I've been with have always had me turned on enough by the time it gets pulled out it's closer to the full package, if it isn't already lol. Then it's excitement cuz of the size not laughter lol.

  • That's something that happens. I had an emergency operation three years ago, and I was in bad shape for a while. They had me so full of meds my usually normal size shrank down to maybe an inch, embarrassing when they came to wash me, lol. After I got a bit better, things went back to normal. I think most women know that this happens and don't worry about it as long as you're fine when you're hard.

  • anyone that laughs is an horrible person at heart. That person does not love you. Plus any woman that has been with a man before in a long term relationship will know and understand that yes, when a man gets aroused he is bigger than when he is soft. Who cares if you are smaller soft. Yes, yours issue is that it is significantly smaller soft than hard, but it doesn't really matter. Nothing to worry about.

    • @henry54 it’s not a turn off if I know he’s big already but like. If I’ve never seen it hard and it’s tiny when I see it then I’m just gonna think that it’s little. I remember one time we were all swimming at this boy’s house after school, and the water there was always freezing so we usually wouldn’t get in but some of the boys would.   • I am also about the same when soft, yet about 8.5" and very thick large. No complaints... with exception to a nude beach etc. Unless you are living together it is unlikely a girl will see it soft anyway. At that point she has already seen it hard
