You know that the past of your clit that you see is just the clitoral bulb, right? There are actually clitoral "legs" that go deep inside you, wrapping around the bladder. Stimulating the legs seems to build up more fluid that is then excreted through the Skene's gland.

Bladder concentrated orgasms are real but they are not particularly easily replicated so I imagine they are not particularly teachable. Skene's gland is an entirely different thing altogether.
